Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

No. This service is not diagnosis-based. It’s designed for adults who want practical support with routines, energy, daily structure, follow-through, and sustainable change.

Can I book directly?

No. This service is not open booking. The first step is completing the form so we can determine whether a screening call makes sense.

What if I don't know what I need?

That’s okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out. The screening process helps clarify whether this is the right next step.

Is this for crisis support?

No. This service is not crisis care or emergency support. If you’re in immediate danger or need urgent support, contact emergency services or a local crisis line.

This is not for you if you need:

  • Insurance-covered occupational therapy

  • A superbill for reimbursement

  • A casual intro call

  • Crisis or emergency support

  • OT for stroke, brain injury, concussion, or TBI

  • Physical rehabilitation or recovery from an injury

  • OT for children or school-based OT

  • Sensory, motor, hand therapy, feeding therapy, or mobility support

  • Treatment focused on medical or physical conditions
